# My icon is not displaying

We have had a few notifications that on first adding the ADA Widget Pro icon script to your site, the icon will not display. We are working to narrow down the issue and why it happens on some sites and not others. It's a very simple fix, just email us [support@ADAWidgetPro.com](mailto:support@ADAWidgetPro.com) or click here to use the form [here](https://adawidgetpro.com/contact-us/).
